Am I too sensible about receiving damaged games?

If was at a sweet price, that damage (considering is just game case) wouldnt bother me much.

It was around 45 bucks for a new game from a brick and mortar store, although what really annoys me is the fact that I paid an extra 5 Euro for "premium" shipping (stronger packaging and faster delivery both of which were not the case) when I could have just gone for free shipping instead :/
