20 Euro for just the steelbook is a bit rich.

If anyone wants a copy (with the game) from Australia, I might be able to grab an extra 1-2 from JB, $79 works out to be around 50 Euro + shipping.

If you preorder game from FNAC you get free steelbook, and the game price or steelbook is with eu tax. If you order from outside of EU the price for steelbook will be lower than 20 Euro or game price will be lower. Something like 18% or 20% lower.
