Out of interest, do any of you know what scale the statue will be? I've only until today seen pictures floating about of the full size replica but I stumbled onto these today and am a little concerned this is the end product.







I found them on some super dodgy looking website called "JGGStamps.com" and as that's the only place I've seen them I'm not too sure but they look very detailed to maybe just be knock-offs.

EDIT: Found this video too from last year which shows a smaller scale too.

I mean, it looks great and detailed but at the same time, for £175 and considering what else is in the edition for that price I would be pretty disappointed if it was such a small scale compared to the full size version.

On the product picture they show that it is about the size of the steelbook. But I agree, a life size pod would have been so much better. And the pictures with Kojima and the life size replica were misleading in this regard.

Yeah, I suppose over time I've become so used to them messing about with the size of items in pictures that I wasn't sure whether that was accurate or not but this then must be one case then where that picture is actually accurate.

I think what hasn't helped as well is when searching I did spot a couple of websites with it for sale (or sold out) stating it was a full size replica but others just opt for "pod statue".
