Is that a standalone pre order steelcase like that brotherhood ? or you only get it when you buy the game

The collectors edition steel looks pretty nice. I'm only gonna spend 200 if I have a ton of love for a series and really like the contents, I don't think I'm going for this one though. I guess il be on the hunt for it second hand. I did go ahead and pre order the gamestop exclusive steelbook bundle though.
