They created a new store for some EU countries (south and east for what it seems) and none of their exclusive editions appear there.

The problem is that for Portugal you only get digital versions of any game for pc. I always bought the top versions of Assassins Creed on ubisoft store and now it is not allowed??? Why and what happened for them to lock us out??? With a vpn is it possible to order? Anyone ever done that with this store?

Yes, i know. I was also able to order anything i wanted, but around the time they released the remaster of AC III, they did this change to the store

That's correct. The first collector's edition I couldn't order was The Division 2. Talked to support then and the guy said it was a decision to cut shipping costs, because the shipping was free. I asked to pay for the shipping but they refused. Then I wanted to give them a UK or DE shipping address, but they still wouldn't agree.
No way aroudn it as of now, except to have friends or relatives buy it for you from the stores that allow it - the US, UK, DE, FR and the other big ones.
