That was the thing I forgot to mention above.

Personally I've went with the PS4 one as I have all this gen's there and I'm keeping my fingers crossed they have the same kind of smart delivery thing; then again, will that system be all that relevant a couple of years into the system's life as PS4 gets discontinued?

I suppose one thing that can definitely be said is that Sony haven't really been all that on the ball with getting solid important info out so far and causing confusion and hesitation like this.

The other thing for me is I'm easily prioritising the PS5 over a Series X due to the reasoning of PS5 will have exclusives but that there are no full XSX exclusives for supposedly a couple of years after launch and since I already have a (sadly, barely touched) X1X then should MS (hopefully) finally get their shit together with exclusives then I can still play them on a X1X in the meantime. Plus it then gives me a couple of years to upgrade compared to buying two new consoles at once.

As it is on double dipping, I suppose if I have to then I will. I don't know what it is but I'm getting the gut feeling Sony won't be as consumer friendly on the front of cross generation games. (I'll be happy if I'm wrong though.)
