Why don’t they ship to Portugal? Are they part of Ubisoft now? These collectors are store exclusives... how will I get them? On ebay? No thank you

Not sure what you are talking about.
Im in their EU store right now and other than the sold out editions (for obvious reason), the others are shipping to Portugal
