This is not normal but unfortunately very common. A lot of the Kassandra figures starter getting these marks on the legs if they weren't stored properly (it's heat that does it). It has to do with the cheap PVC of the figure. If you go to the AC collectors Facebook group you will see plenty with similar damage sadly.
