last time i got a NIS AMERICA collector's edition with a steelbook inside, the steelbook was DINGED and i had to jump through hoops trying to get it resolved including back and fourth e-mails and providing photos and waiting weeks for responses, in the end i decided it's not worth it for me to buy there steelbooks, if i have to waste so much time trying to get them to send me a decent one.
