Zavvi are pretty good at returning thing if you keep on top of them, let them do it at their own pace and you will run into problems.

Will you have to return for refund or will they give it to you with discount?

It depends which courier, the courier Amazon uk used are the worst. My copy was packed very well and even then it had massive damage to the box, see here: http://collectorsedition.org/forums/...amaged&page=10

Well I heard from them yesterday and I was basically asked to box it up, ship it back and they will send me a new product. Any advice on shipping to UK? I saw on here somewhere that USPS is ideal...this will be my first time shipping out of the country so I have NO idea what to expect.
