Don't count on it, the last sealed copy I've seen was sold for about $230.

Just because that one sold for that does not mean people can't pick them up cheaper, they are not even that rare as they produced 70,000 of them.

True, but that 70,000 copies* was 12 years ago, hence release date: 2000. I doubt all 70,000 copies were kept in a safe place and still Factory Sealed.
