Selling Zavvi Exclusive MGS items (Opened/ No art book)

As Zavvi have been less than helpful regarding the return of my X360 copy of this, I was considering opening it and selling off the goodies separately. However, I was wondering whether there would be enough demand for individual items from the set to be able to re-coup my costs?

Not sure whether anyone would be interested in a beaten up boxed sealed copy, but would people be interested in the separate items inside if I split them up? It's my understanding that the game inside doesn't actually come sealed, so I wouldn't even be able to sell that as new

My 360 version had the game sealed inside - the ps3 version was not sealed inside

Ok, that is indeed very helpful news. Alas all might not be lost!

Unusual that the PS3 game wasn't sealed inside the box like the X360 one, especially as the retail copy was (which in itself is unusual for Konami to seal a PlayStation branded game...)
