Can someone clear up for me where these theme xbox's come from. Are they sold like this? or sticker decals or what. I have seen a few before but generally all the ones here i have not anywhere.

Most of the consoles were created by Microsoft or a game/movie publisher to promote their product. There are several companies that are frequently used:

Colorware is a popular vendor for Microsoft in the US:

You can go to the product filter and select xbox 360 and 360 s to see some of their consoles. They've made more than they show in the gallery.

In Australia, there is company that does a lot of airbrushed consoles for their promotions:
