Amazon customer service
Amazon is so good. I ordered from them the LOTR war in the north CE since the price bomba (40 dollar). I received it today, but the seals were broken. I email customer service, and i get quick email back:

But i was wondering what happen if i request full refund, i can just keep item and nothing happens? That really weird :O of course it wouldnt be fair, but it just struck me really odd. Just great customer service from amazon Also from any other people who own this CE, there was bubble wrap around the arrows, now i didnt see this in any of the unboxing videos, so i wondered if they opened it so they could add this for extra protection? |

Their service is fantastic, never have a problem with returns or refunds on CE's
even if they are more expensive, i tend to only order from them now (except exclusives) |

That certainly is a great result, I only really order from Amazon UK. If an item is damage they send out a replacement as ask me to return an item within 2 weeks.
They certainly are one of the better ones out there. |

Yeah I love Amazon too, their customer service is always fantastic.
Had to return a few things and they are always happy to get it replaced or refunded. I would never abuse this but I'm sure there are people who do. The day they lose this great service is the day I will be very sad. |

Amazon's customer service is awesome! I always use the live chat when dealing with them and I even told the agent that their SC was second to none!
They've always replaced damaged items for me and if they can't, they have always offered partial or full refunds. not to mention they deal with you quickly and efficiently! ^o^ Can't fault them!

I've used the help chat feature and they were extremely helpful - they even offered to fill out the refund form for me instead of me doing it.
Only requested a refund because the item sold wasn't as described, it was fulfilled by Amazon and the seller put the wrong images up for the product showing it was the limited edition so it was misleading. |

but do keep in mind, it is "flagged" on your customer page file, so they are aware in case of abusive practises, ..it's not worth the risk, they will send legal affidivants, and suspend your accounts, if a pattern or trend is shown by the same customer. better to return for a refund.

Defenetely a great service. Bought an itouch 4 last year and it was lost during transit. I was not happy about it so they make it up with a replacement and free next day shipping. They do really leave you happy at the end of the day
