i'm trying to update the list aand add pictures but i don't know how to upload pictures.

Hi again!

If you upoad your photos to a site like photobucket then you can insert them into your trade post
www.photobucket.com

Set up your own set of pics then you can link them - at the top of the 'post' box is a pic of a mountain - click on that then you can paste the link to your picture
