Square Enix doesn't do that themselves, I bet it came from EBGames...they like to open peoples CE just to put a meaningless sticker on top of the original PEGI ones. Just like they did for Crystal Edition.

See, JB wouldn't complimentarily unbox your CE just to slap a sticker on it, they didn't do it for MGS HD CE...gonna look at my local JB and see if they've left the shrink wrap on their copies.

To add to this it would be the store itself as both jb hifi and ebgames buy games from the same distributer for this country, so unless the distributor had specific instructions they will just forward the games onto eb and jb and the stickers would be part of the franchises rule system
