Got mine from Forbidden Planet today and it is superb - still trying to sort the mess with Ubi and my paypal payment was over 45 days ago so no hope there...

To be honest it's a 2kg package so shipping is pretty high on it and, from the UK, there's a basic ?5.45 surcharge for tracking (if they did!!) on top of normal post cost - we get relaly hit here for tracked post cost

Hope it gets to you soon - they're not answering anyone on anything....

Sucks that you're out of your claim period!

I have just escalated my paypal dispute to a claim after having not heard from them since opening the dispute and then my incident has been closed on the Ubishop site and nobody has bothered to even contact me since I last pestered them on Monday.

I made it perfectly clear that I would be making a claim with paypal if they don't do something about it. They tried to call my bluff and now they are in for a shock.

Never will I order from the Ubishop again!! I think as we are such a tight community, we should boycott the Ubishop. They have just completely fucked over their customer's and clearly aren't prepared to do anything about it. If anybody from Ubisoft or the Ubishop CS, Coupons to use on your online store is NOT a fair exchange for return postage costs.
