Yeah, I got sick of talking to Tom as it was getting me nowhere. Spoke to about 3 different people about the issue and was pretty much fobbed off everytime. Tom, Betty and Immanuel.

Will keep y'all updated regarding my PayPal claim.

No phone call but I did get an email...

Hello Margaret

We can relay the parcel from our UK office to the warehouse. Please be sure to include the original packaging and your order IDs

It is important to send the product recorded delivery to make sure it reaches us, we will also need a digital image of the receipt for postage so we can refund the cost of shipping

Make sure to include your order number so it can be identified when returned to the warehouse. It would speed up the refund process if it is shipped in it's original box with any barcodes uncovered and unmarked

Please send the game to:

Chertsey Gate East
London Street
Chertsey
Surrey
KT16 8AP

If you have any further queries or issues please do not hesitate to contact us again and we will assist you further.

Thank you for the response at last

When you say 'refund' the shipping costs can you please confirm that you will refund this directly to my bank account as a 'cash' payment rather than refund in ubi vouchers since, as stressed yesterday, after the experience I have had of buying through yourselves I would be a fool to repeat the experience.
Also please confirm when I can actually expect the refund of the original payments since you have already had this money for 8 weeks and I need it back in my account
How do I upload to you the proofs of postage?
One final question - what are you actually doing 'over and above' to say sorry for the fact that, having specifically checked that these were limited editions and having had that confirmed 100% by reply email you then shipped, 3 weeks late, standard editions and have been impossible to deal with ever since?

Thank you for an immediate response or the phone call that I was promised yesterday - either will do

I only wanted a copy because it was the limited edition, I could buy the normal one anywhere!

Ian, you are an utter cunt! Why did you tell me that I can't send it to a UK office and that I have to send my stuff back to Germany? The office is in Surrey, huh? He will be fucking Surrey if I have to go up there!

What a wanker!! Ubisoft (at all) is going lower and lower...Fails with UWS edition, this issue...Then their fucking ignorance...They make tons and tons of editions which are sooo bad and soo lame and the only thing they want its money $$... And that Ian is really dumbass...prick. LOL, Misfits (that tv serie if ya know) teached me sooo much bad words
