The MK7 trophies are back up on the stars catalog. All bar the Lightning cup I believe. Got the last 2 trophies I needed and now I'm out of Stars. Lol Good bye Club Nintendo, you will be missed.

HERE'S the thread! I was going to post this earlier but couldn't find the thread.

Yeah, I think I'm just going to buy the lightning cup online now and pay the crazy ebay prices, because it likely will only get higher after people see it missing from the roster.

I'm hoping a friend can help me get a few of them now while they're available. But still waiting on an email/message back.

Congrats on getting them all though Cosmic. If I was an envious guy, I'd be insanely jealous!

I'm so sad I thought I had a lot of stars left, and just got 750 for linking my NNID, only I had no stars, so now only had the 750 Thought I'd have been able to get the Majora's Mask light now (as could've sworn I had over 5000 points left) x

The stars expire from my understanding. Maybe they expired? You might be able to contact customer service and see what they can do? I've occasionally had them be nice and do something like that for me, though obviously YMMV.

Yeah, the prices went quite high on a few of them. Mainly the 2 I was still wanting... The Leaf and Special Cup. I'm glad I was able to get them and I didn't have to spend too much on them. I opened a few of my games which I wasn't playing and topped the rest up with ebay purchase of points cards. Spent about £25~.

I'm wondering why the Lightning cup is missing from the catalogue though, since it was advertised to return by popular demand... o.0 Maybe it was on there, but sold out? Hopefully you can get hold of some of them. They're very nice and definitely worth having. Next thing to look at is a display case for them, so I can have them out. ^o^

As always, there has been a massive influx of listings on ebay for Mario Kart trophies. XD I was kinda hoping that the more expensive ones would have had the price driven down by the reprint. lol

As Knight said, perhaps some of them have expired. I had quite a few expired points codes when I was registering them. >.< It was frustrating as hell!! >.< I can't see you being able to get them back as it is in the T&Cs for CN and they do send you a monthly email which lets you know if you have points expiring that month...

I can't see them doing anything about it tbh, especially with the end of the program closing in now. >.< May be worth a telephone call to them instead of an email as you can usually get better results with a person at the end of a telephone.

Damn it I hadn't realised. Oh well, I'll just leave it. Can't be 100% sure anyway, and when I had the issue with the Limited Editions J-RPG coins (as I'd registered all three games but it wouldn't let me get the coins), they weren't of much help then

Cosmic, you mentioned you used eBay to purchase point cards? Just looked on ebay -- How in the world did I not know you could do that?? I would've stocked up on these things YEARS ago!

I wonder if I'll be able to get some and then give them to one of you members on here to get me a MK trophy? Would certainly be cheaper than buying a trophy on ebay itself, assuming they stay in stock for a bit longer?

If you want to purchase codes from ebay and register an account with the UK CN, I can give you my address to get the items sent to. It doesn't ask you for the address until you order. I don't want to be sitting and clicking through all those surveys again.

Don't forget though, you can only register games once per account and consoles twice. SO you can register say, 2 3DS consoles AND 2 3DSXL consoles. Consoles give the best yield I think it's 750 points for a 3DS console and 1000 for Wii and Wii U.

Also years ago, my favourite past time was going into the local GAME, Gamestation and CEX stores and raiding the pre-owned game boxes for the code cards, since they never used to take the manuals and other literature from the game boxes. lol I was a teenager then with no morales and not a lot of money. Got my Gold Zelda TP statue almost as a freebie!
