Something goes wrong these days with SteelBooks overall. DOA has cheap painting Dirt Rally 2.0 too FIFA 19 also (the US one) the same, my friend of mine received a copy of NBA2K19 Steel with dents now this!

Yea even the resident evil 2 steel scratches easy. I was impressed with the metro exodus steel though.

There are 2 different things here:

1) Cheap painting/scratch easily, etc. These are production side problems.
It may be that the companies ordered cheap steelbooks, or it can be that overproduction is taking a toll on Scanovo quality in general. Or maybe both.

2) Dents, etc. That is because of shipping, not because of production.

Generally agree if it's a steelbook shipping separate. But I've had steels within a CE damaged - and there's no way it could have happened during shipping.

Yea my ace combat 7 steelbook from the collectors edition had a nice ding and micro abrasions all over it. Definitely not from shipping. Just poor handling prior to shipping.
