It's mentioned as a "Uncorrected proof version". Not entirely sure what that means but I'm guessing it's a copy of the book before the final edit and sent for printing?

Ok so i now this is a very late reply but this is my line of work

An uncorrected proof version is the version that has already been formatted (writers dont use always use paragraphs, etc) but the text itself has not yet been proof read.

Thus copies are normally sent out to the Publisher marketing and sales teams for them to see with what they are dealing with and prepare accordingly while the text is being proof read (it takes a long time and is boring as hell) and printed.

I have one of these ultra-rare books that were handed out to journalists at the launch party for the original AC in November 2007, as mentioned here:

If anyone would like to make me an offer for it, you can PM me. You might never see another one of these beauties for sale again!

List is in the "Items or Sale & Trade" section here: http://collectorsedition.org/forums/...splay.php?f=11

Best of luck! A great time to be a AC collector (no hype price gouging to contend with anymore... until they start making one every year again ).

Think I might be about to be a pain but..

The Art of Assassin’s Creed Origins: Ltd collectors edition ?

Just how many copies on eBay does Lionhoward121 have.

I watched Forbiddenplanet.com like a hawk and never saw it on sale yet previous ltd editions of 300 were available for an eternity.

Was this an inside job ?

Yes I know awkward.

Ho hum
