Never ask for a replacement since then they just send you returned goods...

You can ask for a partial refund if you want to keep them or you can send them back for free to get your money back.

If you buy them again, don't expect Amazon to use better packaging. They are gonna send them in a envelope again.

It's a gamble getting anything from Amazon these days, I'd definitely ask for a partial refund or full refund if the case is really bad.

Ordered two steels from Amazon. One came heavily dented. Other one seems to be ok. Really hate how they use those envelopes for steelbooks.

Mine came from Amazon US today. Besides a big scratch on the bottom side, it's in perfect condition. But I have to say, I'm really glad that I only paid 5€ for it.
I find it pretty boring. Coloring and contrast (Sekiro and the background) is really meh.
+ I still dislike the artwork, so I'm probably not going to get the GEO one.
(I love the CE Artwork though!)

I feel it seems like even with a few colors, it's very bland. The steelbook from Thief I feel is comparable, and has less color but looks a lot better/well done (much more visually appealing)
