Has anyone seen this program know what it is



So I was looking for a pretty decent picture of the outsider mark on corvos hand so I could recreate it in Forza for my personal livery
And I stumbled across this
It looks nice but no idea if its a rendering or real thing and who what where how much sort of thing
Any ideas

It was posted on here just before Dishonored came out. There's a thread around somewhere. Would love one, but have never seen one come up for sale! Can imagine it being more than I'm prepared to pay if it ever does come up for sale!
