Just wanted to show my starting collection of Lightning, from Final Fantasy XIII.
It's far from complete, but I think it's a cool start though.




So, what's in the collection so far?

• Steelcase of Final Fantasy XIII-2
• Dutch PlayStation Magazine with Final Fantasy XIII-2 cover
• Xbox 360 Faceplate from Final Fantasy XIII
• Final Fantasy XIII-2: Lightning - Play Arts Kai Collector's Figure
• Custom made Lightning framed artwork

Still looking for a nice, cheap Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Play Arts figure. There are some on eBay, but have to wait for a moment that I can spare the cash on it.
Also have Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII in pre-order. But still waiting on some news if there'll be Collector's Editions or not.

It's cool collection, but Lightning is easily one the worst FF characters there has ever been. I look forward to the day Square Enix stop shoving her down everyone's throats. Noel is a much better character.

Not sure about that, as I give kudos to the series for bringing up a strong female character as the lead... Anyway, she was voted as the number one favorite FF female character by the Japanese, so I don't think Square Enix is dropping her anytime soon.

Did you make the Custom made Lightning framed artwork yourself?

Hi there, Trellgoth. Thanks for sharing your collection. I think this is the first collection I've seen that is solely inspired and uniquely focused on one character! I've the same question as everyone else about your custom Lightning artwork.

Also I believe there is are a few ps3 variants with Lightning painted on the shell. Will you try to get one?

Thanks for the replies on my collection so far.
To answer the question about the frame: No, I did not make it myself. A buddy of mine works at a frame-company which makes banners, flags, frames, etc. I found the artwork one day, kept it on my computer for a long time. After a while I asked to frame the artwork up.

The question about the Lightning-printed PS3: Yes, I realy like to get one for the collection. Though, I have seen those on eBay for about $600 - $900... think that's a bit high for only the console. But hey, perhaps the future will offer me a cheaper one which I can actualy afford.

At this moment, I'm waiting for the release on the new Play Arts Kai, Lightning Returns figure. It realy looks stunning ^^ (click!)

If I may ask... Where did you find that image that you printed out?

I ask because I've had a lot of people erasing my email and url that I have at the bottom wallpapers and claiming them as their own.
