Dead Space 1 Artbook from PAX. Signed by, and personalized to me after a few jokes at PAX with Ian Milham,

the art director. It's the hardcover 5"x7" with 3D glasses and 3D pages. $20

Gears of War 2 Red Steelbook promo case. It can hold a disc and manual inside. It was part of a Gears 2 promotional cardboard counter standee. Already sold the standee.

I've seen very few of these, particularly the steelbook, so I'm asking $40 for the Steelbook. SOLD

You could always ask for very high price and then say "or best offer"

Rare or not I still wish I would have had it signed when I had all my comics signed by Josh Ortega. The guy who wrote Gears 2 wrote the majority of the comics too.

He was fun. I got the chance to meet him multiple times. First time he signed my lancer and I took a pic of him battling a guy cosplaying as Darth Vader. He even called up the Gears 2 voice actors and they talked with us for a bit. He even called CliffyB.
