Just a little update on this, apparently the announcement of the CE will be before the beta launches. (Which is supposedly on 12th February.)

Nope because it's episodic! I expect this will be the same with the FF7 remake as well.

Edit: A disc version of the game will ship at the end of 2016 apparently. Of course buy separately from CE.
