my friend from NZ got this steelbook,i think EU has this steelbook too

what is it meant to hold in the center? i am not too familiar with there on line services by SONY..as i am a collector first! LOL ;D and then gamer!

Forgot to mention that I am located in EU, so if it is available in EU it will be easier to acquire one
