I doubt it. The CE explicitly has the image of the Deluxe Edition. Plus the following is the description from Gamestop:

COLLECTOR’S EDITION INCLUDES:
Dying Light 2 Game
Exclusive Weapons Charms
Steelbook (in retail copies)

So I am thinking this will be like the EU CE of RE Village. A deluxe edition stuck in a CE box.

We might see a pre order bonus, probably in Eastern Europe/AUT like the first game
