I can say confidently your company should be utterly ashamed of its current support system. I should get a refund for the shirt just for how I was treated by making me wait all this time. Also at the very least I should have gotten an apology for the 22 day wait on a ticket that should have been answered in the industry standard response time of 48 hours max... 24 hours usually with the good companies.

Anyways, thanks again... I will just have to make a mental note of how this is not Treehouse I am dealing with anymore and is now only ThinkGeek.and remember to order only if absolutely necessary. Back when it was only Treehouse customer support was excellent... obviously a good system as fallen to make way for a bad one.

And almost a month later, I still have not received my replacement prints. Got a reply from a CS last Friday, telling me it will be SOON to be shipped out. The CS couldnt give me a specific date even.

That sucks. They are awful now. This is what happens when a smaller company that still cared a bit gets taken over by a company that already got big enough for any caring to cease.

I will say though that their "process" for shipping lithos takes a very long time. Mine took well over the max time frame they gave. This might be to the rush of order maybe? Feels like treehouse was utterly gutted and re-worked, but Ryan would be the only one who would know... but even if true he probably would not say out of fear for shi job.

It really is too bad, I used to tout how good they were.

:( my bad, should have emphasized that it is Think Geek (or GameStop the parent company). These two companies are awful... I miss the old Treehouse, always supportive.

As of now, the only store left that I really cherish is Cook and Becker.

The Watch seems to be based on the Slow watch brand (https://www.slow-watches.com/), so I guess the 150$ pricetag is just for the deposit though.

Wow really? I thought it was a bit expensive. It is not much good as a real watch IMO (single dial seems a bit silly for any type of accuracy on telling time). But it is not issue as it really is just a collectible.

If it were $100 I would feel batter about it, maybe i ma cheap :D Okay I know I am :D

Yeah they did that to me too, posted about it earlier (took them 22 days to respond initially, that is more then embarrassing). I think Jon said it happened to him too. Think Geek CS is just awful. What is pretty bad is Ryan did not make a single reply about the issues that were talked about here. Would be nice to know someone still cares as I feel I cannot recommend their stores right now. Maybe Ryan has no knowledge of the new CS system... but still it would be nice to be told they know the issue and are trying to fix it or something.

From a collectors standpoint these feel like never ending money sumps at this point. They just changed 101 to 111 on the backs. If they make the 5" inch ones too that is just going to be a flood of bobbleheads.

Based on store allocations from what I have heard and the fact that Target themselves said "available ONLY on 11/10" it is something to get people in on launch day, and once they sell out, they won't be restocking it. So just realized that I am still waiting for a refund and response from Think Geek (Bethesda Store) for a return of over $100. It has been over a month since they got the items back and we are coming up on 20 days since I asked about when I would get the refund.

Isn't their policy "up to" 3 weeks after receiving the items for refunds?

Also what is up with this continuing 20+ days to respond to a ticket? This is poor customer service at the highest level... I am truly baffled by it.

Those were my original colors but I think I'm going for midnight (not shown) which is a metallic like techno just a little more blue, and I think caution because its not a metallic for a contrast, but I also think I'm doing the whole console as gloss not matte. I worried about fingerprints but these samples show no smudges. Too many decisions. Lol

It is the store's mistake. If they didn't realize it, the fault is on them. I had iam8bit send me a copy of a vinyl I pre-ordered and then cancelled prior to it shipping. Their mistake, not mine.

If it a small store (or most certainly a single seller like here or eBay there would be no question) I would would make all the effort needed to fix the error. But a big corporation like ThinkGeek... sorry but I did tickets with them and 30 days to wait for a reply on some mistake they made would be not been an option to me.

Flatout, I just threw my opinion in the ring upon reading of the situation. It is what I would do, because I understand that besides the time and the effort on my side people make mistakes. Even if it is a big corporation that handles such a loss, that corporation is comprised of individuals that are all still human and therefore not perfect.

I would let them know about it on account of both my moral compass and the thought of "if they take the extra and put it back on the site, maybe someone who has been wanting one would now have a chance." Of course, that someone may have the intent to sell it for profit only but I don't know that. Again, that's just me.

Toasty the Baker (do you bake gluten-free? :D) is free to do whatever he wants with the extra, and I'm pretty sure when he placed the original order(s) the controllers were for himself or family/friends. I did not mean for this to turn into an ethics discussion. Although, if you buy something just to flip it shame on you (flippers are the reason why I've lost my magic touch on Mondo drops).

Like Lemur said, they're a repackaging of specific content, but to my knowledge (I definitely haven't read all of each of them) the content of those specific books (whether individual or boxed as you're asking about) is unique to those books and wasn't in the CEs or etc. Our Hero's Guide content was written just for that set, so that content is [was promised to be] unique.
