Lucky to get one myself, now mostly Sold Out in US region. At least from the retailers that I know of.

The quality of this clamshell edition is top notch, worth the extra $70 that I paid for this edition compared to the normal hardcover artbook.

Hmm I think you are referring to the earlier pic of the World of the Witcher LE? The shipping to me cost like $70 or something but it's a must have for me.
