That being said, if you do a chargeback I wouldn't be surprised if they banned your account. I have a couple friends who had their account banned, they lost all their credits, and their orders were all cancelled and refunded. All that because they complained about the low quality on F4F products (mostly Solaire PTS leaning issues). They were complaining real hard and making memes out of Alex and the products. Looks like Alex took it personally and got rid of them. Didn't he think for a sec it might be better to fix the products and send replacements instead? That community is getting toxic
