Or maybe I should just say fewer surprises? International shipping is really hard, but we're working on it.

Just a question then, I bought the pre-sale Vault-Tech watch and it's all paid for, and I think it was before 2 weeks ago (might've been around that time). Will I receive a similar charge for that?

Well at least there's some positive to the story, then. Glad you liked it!

The watch will probably ship the old way.... Add another one to your cart and compare the new shipping quote to what's in your receipt. If the shipping on your receipt is lower than what it is today, it might be worth your while to cancel the first order and try again. I know that's a hassle, and I'm sorry for that, but you guys have some horrible stories about fees so I've learned to just expect the worst....
