The pre-order case was also available in European countries too. I've seen the cases with French and Spanish stickers as well as English. The pre-order case also has an OoT3D poster sealed inside.

The case that comes with console bundle is reversible with the standard cover art on one side and the gold on the other. The Aus case is single sided. The pre-order cover has rupees on the back of the foil cover. Just so you know.
