It is £13.70 including postage to order it through the Witcher store.
Just ordered mine as well, thanks for the info! Also, yeah, they were giving away those unbranded packs for free and signing them at PAX East this year. Sadly I missed the signing by less than 5 minutes

Did get a nifty postcard that they were giving away though (just not signed)!
