That steelbook wasn't Target exclusive but also released in Canada (FutureShop) - for PS3 and xBox360
What you posted, is slipcase of that Target steelbook (for PS3 and xBox360; slipcase was exclusive, FutureShop one was without that) but actual steelbook looks like this (first steel from right):

That steelbook wasn't Target exclusive but also released in Canada (FutureShop) - for PS3 and xBox360

What you posted, is slipcase of that Target steelbook (for PS3 and xBox360; slipcase was exclusive, FutureShop one was without that) but actual steelbook looks like this (first steel from right):
