It seems like it's sold-out everywhere now. But same happened with Fallout 4 Pip-boy edition and in the end it wasn't that limited nor hard to get.

They better be decent quality because in Australia this thing cost $300.

They're done by Chronicle Collectibles. In my experience their stuff is top notch.
