Heads up, I e-mailed Scanavo directly about whether the NA version had the florescent effect and they said no. The response:

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately not. The Anthem SteelBook® with the Glow effect is only available within Europe and South Korea.

My best advice would be to order it from Amazon UK, if you want delivery to US.
