Yes it is. I have both. The G4 variant was available inside the CE.

Was the PS4 steelbook part of the collector's edition or just a pre-order steelbook?

It was only available in the PS4 Steelbook Blind boxes which went on sale in January for a limited time. The blind boxes were random, but it seems that most people who ordered one, got a SMRPG Steelbook.

So that means I have to write Saturday Morning RPG Pre-Order Steelbook as part of the blind boxes (limitedrungames/WW) (PS4)
