I only buy custom made steelbooks when there is there is no official release for that game.

This guy has some awesome designs, however they are not printed as a normal steelbook, they are painted with vynil.
He also has a bunch for movies

Haha same man. Ordered Custom Detroit and DMC Collection from the same dude (:
I've seen these on Ebay, as you said his designs are really good, just the final quality doesn't seem that great. Guess they're worth the cost though. Mine cost me 42pounds / steelbook
