Yes they generally take a couple of months in my experience.

They usually mention this for all their products: "PLEASE NOTE: This bundle contains items that are currently in manufacturing. Games are typically ready to start shipping within 3 - 4 months from the initial purchase. All sales are considered final and cannot be canceled. Future production updates will be visible on the product page and your account page."
