Lowly is right, there are horrible unfortunately. I could go on and on about how bad they were. First you cannot get help. I emailed them with a simple question on 11/20. Last night, 12/6 at 9pm I received a reply. Three weeks to answer something easy!

To top it off I had a preorder for something but soon after I placed my order they released a coupon/discount code. I emailed them and waited a while for a reply asking if they'll apply the discount since my order never shipped. By the time they replied the order shipped and their answer was that cannot apply discounts to shipped/completed orders.
