What was the name of the person who sent you that reply? I got put through to a guy called Ian after I wasn't happy with the service I was getting from the first call monkeys and then he told me he would arrange for me to get it sent to a UK based office instead and that went completely unanswered for weeks, before they eventually put a refund and return process through, still trying to fob me off with fucking vouchers after sending it to Germany! >.< Sick of their shit! Waiting on paypal now. If paypal don't do anything, trading standards will be my next port of call.

Piotr - trading standards is my next call too - tho I am not getting off that phone tomorrow until they have it sorted if they donlt call... how many orders we got between us on this forum?? Must be a few??
