Steelbook came ofc scratched...






The print quality is pretty cheap imo and the used artwork low res.

Where do you have bought the game/steelbook? Too bad it is not sealed

I bought it from shop4de. It was sealed but I opened it to get the disc out.

It seems like that this is global problem. I have already found offers for that steelbook on ebay.com which were scratched, too.

i thought steelbook had a certain quality standard..why do these look like it was a "rush" job? and done at the cheapest point possible?

I would almost bet that Scanovo offers different prices/quality tiers.
If you check the GEO steelbooks, their paint job always seems way better than the rest of the steelbooks.

This is 100% true. They also charge extra to egrave/emboss steelbooks.

Most retailers opt for the cheapest designs where they just have an image printed. Geo is the exception.

The best designed steelbooks usually come from CEs.

Indeed.
The Crysis 2 Nano Edition is probably one of the most expensive ones to produce.
Worth it in my opinion though, that steelbook is amazing.
