I'm told there is at least one repeat customer who opts for this "you're on your own" scenario every time and has not had a problem yet, but most people just give us a physical address and then things work out in the end.

The obvious alternative is for us to stop using MSI, but this apparently would mean a fairly substantial rate hike that we would have to pass on to you guys, which is not something anyone really wants.

Did I mention we're actively looking into other options to do international distribution better?

Ok, that's really annoying parcels this heavy are never taken to a home address, and the post office for my home address is much harder to get to than the post office where my po box is located
