The portuguese store released the steelbooks earlier, if you bought straight from them they should have shipped them yesterday/today.
However, only the steelbooks were released, not the packs with the Prima Guide, so if your order includes a Pack, your order wasn't shipped yet. If you bought it from me (steelbooks only) i will be shipping them on Thursday.
