Am I too sensible about receiving damaged games?

Personally, I would shrug it off. If it's not a Steelbook, it's honestly not worth any money so the damage doesn't de-value the product at all. I keep a few spare game cases around for instances like this and just replace them with a new one if it's damaged (only because if it's on the spine it bugs me to look at in the case)
