    Here is the unboxing video

From the video, you don't get much for $130. You get game, $10 voucher toward Tron Legacy movie and small Tron figurine. Review didn't help much. To me this is another movie tie in game.

Lol. That's all you get for $130?! What a rip-off. I wouldn't even buy this for $50. If you're going to charge a premium price for a Collector's Edition, make sure the premium add-on is good. This "lightcycle" is embarrassingly lame.

    1) It doesn't light up.
    2) It looks like stamped plastic.
    3) It will most likely have no collectible value, as it looks to be very cheaply made.

It is basically false advertising. The light cycle is just a plastic mold of the bike, no moving parts. When it was display on their CE (see pic below), they shown it to be detachable and it light up. I wonder if people would sue Disney for their false advertising.

I agree. It's blatant false advertising, in my opinion -- Many people probably pre-ordered the Tron CE based off that pic you posted, so at the very least, they should be refunded their money, no questions asked.

Also, do you think it's possible that we will see these Tron CE's for dirt cheap in the next few months? This is a huge breach of quality, and I can only imagine retailers will get desperate to clear these CE's out once word gets out that they are complete crap.

    For shame, Disney.

WOW - What a disappointing Limited edition, $130 USD for this, They will have plenty of these at cut down prices in the new year sales.

  8. Mandingo:
Yeah, I feel sorry for anyone who wasted money on this..

The Light Cycle actually does detach and light up. There's videos on Youtube showing it.

This one just shows it detaches, at about 6:00.

You are correct, sir. But Sideshow makes a better quality Light Cycle, and it will cost you $300. --> http://www.sideshowtoy.com/?page_id=...e&new&preorder

Here's a better YouTube vid displaying the Light Cycle lighting up:

This is not such a bad CE after all. Huh. Still not worth $130, IMO.

  11. Razzmatazz17:
Yeah, I don't think it's worth $130 either. But it's not that bad; certainly not the worst CE ever made.

Notice this wasn't in the database.

TRON Evolution Special Edition includes three DLC characters for use in multiplayer:

    Quote:
Gibson - As leader of the Survivalist faction, Gibson proves invaluable on your quest to save the Grid from relentless enemies.

Quorra - A unique program that acts as Kevin Flynn’s confidant and sometimes warrior, Quorra helps him survive his life in exile

Clu - A master program created in Kevin Flynn’s image, Clu oversees the expansion of the digital grid
Ok it's only got DLC contents but still it's a special edition.

The only visual difference between the normal version and the special edition is that the games comes with a different front cover, there is no special text or markings on the game case to indicate it a special edition.

Below is a picture of the normal edition:-

Hopefully someone with the game can give the technical info as I decided not to get this poor excuse for an edition.
