History:
KickStarter campaign began on December 10th, 2015 and ends on January 19th, 2016. The project was fully funded as of January 14th, 2016.
Production:
Not yet known. KickStarter campaign has not ended as of time of this addition.
Availability:
At present time the publisher has implied, not yet confirmed, that the Collector’s box will be exclusive to KickStarter backers.
Pre-Order Bonus:
As this is a KickStarter there are funding tiers well beyond the Collector’s Edition minimum pledge tier amount of $90 which will net those who back at those levels some seriously limited loot.
