I usually just make a database entry but because there is no information on this I decided to post here instead of waiting until information is confirmed.
I contacted the Media Office at Southpeak in the US about this Amazon listings, I got a reply from the UK for some reason, even more so they are like 25 minutes from me. Anyway this is what Rob Burman (Global PR manager | 7sixty) said

its just that i didnt order and now i cant see information about the cards on any of the asian/jp sites

Yes it is Japan only, you got one card from a specific retailer but not all.
It's unlikely they would be on sites, like play-asia or yes-asia.
