Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag Collector’s Editions set sail straight into your living room

Just a few hours ago, Ubisoft has announced details of the various Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag Collector’s Edition for Europe and North America. The game is scheduled for release October 29 in North America and November 1 in Europe, on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Wii U and Windows PC.

Assassin’s Creed IV will have four different editions for Europe depending on which method consumers use to pre-order and purchase the game. A proper release announcement  for a North American Edition is yet to come.

Now fasten your seatbelts, take a deep breath and have a look at what you can expect and how much of you hard earned coins this is going to cost you.

Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag –  Black Chest Edition (exclusive to Uplay)

The Black Chest Edition

The Blag Chest Edition includes everything a true Assassin’s Creed fan could desire. This masterpiece will cost you €149.95 EUR/£119.99 GBP for consoles and €129.95 EUR/£109.99 GBP for PC. It will come in a collector’s box with the following content:

  • 55cm-high diorama of Captain Edward Kenway leading the charge on his ship’s bow, the Jackdaw
  • steelbook in the colours of the Golden Age of Piracy
  • high quality artbook including artworks that inspired the game

    no honey, the US will only get the splinter cell airplane edition and they will also only get one AC IV Edition, so far.

    but better than only a color change like splinter cell or all the esc toys nathan drake figures

    Hey guys, I know this has been asked many times before, and will probably be asked many times again, but I though I'd get an answer nice and early in the topic to prempt this. Ubishop charge upfront for preorders, correct?

    Also interesting to note when I go to order the black chest edition from ubishop something called "the watch" gets added as a seperate line item...

    Wonder what it is?

    They dont charge upfront?
    Only if use paypal or something I think..

    But with normal visa card they dont They did not with last year with freedom edition..

    Pre-order customers will also gain access to ?The Watch?, a VIP programme that gives players a special activation code that unlocks bonus content. UK and Ireland players can only get the code from can only get this code from Game, Amazon and GameStop and direct from Uplay.

    i just ordered and they also accept paypal and another payment option.
    dont know about changing creditcards as mine is valid till 2016.
